When your insurance company requires prior authorization for a GLP-1 medication, our providers and staff complete the necessary paperwork as a courtesy to help you obtain your medication. We also respond promptly to requests from pharmacies and insurance companies for additional information.

Please understand that delays or denials are often caused by insurance company requirements or pharmacy processing and are beyond our control.

If you have questions about your prescription, we are happy to help. We simply ask that all interactions with our staff remain courteous and respectful. Abusive or threatening behavior toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in our office discontinuing the processing of weight loss medication requests.
